Ordering and Shipping Parts

We get lots of questions on how to send in a forks or shocks for service.  Here are a few tips on what to expect:

1.  Fill out the work order form from the website. Please print a copy for yourself and include one in the box with your forks or shock.  It is important for your contact information to be inside the box.  Due to the volume of jobs coming in, we immediately recycle all incoming boxes and we can’t track your job by a return address on the box.

2.  Ship your suspension using any carrier convenient for you.  We receive daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx and USPS.  However, we return ship standard FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified.

3.  When we receive your box, we will contact you to confirm receipt and discuss your request.

4.  Turnaround time is usually 5 business days or less.  A Technician will call you if there are any questions or issues with your job.

5.  When your job is complete, we will contact you for payment and shipping.  We take a credit card over the phone and ship your forks or shock FedEx the same day.  If you provided us your email, you will receive a tracking number from FedEx.
